Recommendations for online sessions
(to be prepared before class)
- DOWNLOAD the application ZOOM on your laptop, tablet or smart phone.
- CHOOSE a quiet space away from distractions.
- POSITION your webcam facing your body as shown in the photo. Your head should be pointing towards the camera.
- CHECK that your webcam is stable and the volume is high enough.
- ALIGN your mat with the camera's perspective. To optimize the perspective, place the camera higher up, about one meter away from your head.
- MAKE SURE you clear enough space on the floor so that you can lie down with your arms outstretched. A space of at least 2 meters x 2 meters is absolutely ESSENTIAL.
- DRESS in comfortable clothing that keeps you warm and avoid dark colors that affect visibility. Visual clarity is important so that I can guide you better.
- TIE your long hair back so that it does not interfere with placing your head on the floor and so that the back of your neck is visible.
- Light your space sufficiently, making sure there is no backlighting or glare on the screen.
- If this is your first session or if you are in a different location than usual, please log in at least 15 minutes early to check that your webcam is set up correctly.
Please note that any audio or video recording of the class is forbidden

=> The Zoom link will be sent to you twenty minutes before the session.
This method is not recommended for pregnant women, due to the intense strain on the fascia, or for people who have recently undergone surgery, in order to allow the body to regain its initial stability.
PLEASE LOG IN AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY TO CHECK THAT YOUR CAMERA IS POSITIONED CORRECTLY, AS ONCE THE SESSION HAS STARTED, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT LATE ARRIVALS.
