General Conditions
Last update: January 27, 2026
Before registering, please read the terms and conditions carefully. Full acceptance of these terms and conditions is required for the reservation of the selected course to be valid.
Classes are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document.
1. Online or in-person classes
All classes booked, whether à la carte or part of a package (10-course card), are strictly personal and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or shared with another person. Each à la carte or package course is nominative and reserved for its holder only. Use by a third party is not permitted.
2. Purchase / refund terms and conditions
All purchases of classes or cards are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Cards for 10 classes are valid for 6 months; after this period, any remaining classes will be canceled without refund or transfer.
3. Cancellation policy
Because class spots are limited, registrations are generally non-refundable once a class has started. To be eligible for a transfer or future class credit, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time by emailing infos@citlalijim.com. Missed classes or late cancellations cannot be refunded or credited.
If a class is cancelled by the instructor or cannot take place due to technical issues, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
4. Disclaimer and acknowledgment of risks
The MUNZ FLOOR® method is a gentle activity, open to everyone. However, by registering for a class, you confirm that you are physically capable of performing the exercises offered. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the risks inherent in this practice, and release the coach and MAISON MUNZ from any liability for any physical, bodily, or other harm that may occur during or after the class.
You expressly confirm that you are not pregnant (due to the risks associated with intense stimulation of the fascia), have not had a recent fracture (which requires temporary immobilization), and have not undergone recent surgery (requiring a full recovery period). The method is not recommended in these situations due to the risks involved.
5. Recording
It is important to note that recording or video recording of the course is not permitted.
6. Changes to these terms and conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to review the version published on this website to remain informed.
Recommendations for online sessions (to be prepared before class)
- DOWNLOAD the application ZOOM on your laptop, tablet or smart phone.
- CHOOSE a quiet space away from distractions.
- POSITION your webcam facing your body as shown in the photo. Your head should be pointing towards the camera.
- CHECK that your webcam is stable and the volume is high enough.
- ALIGN your mat with the camera's perspective. To optimize the perspective, place the camera higher up, about one meter away from your head.
- MAKE SURE you clear enough space on the floor so that you can lie down with your arms outstretched. A space of at least 2 meters x 2 meters is absolutely ESSENTIAL.
- DRESS in comfortable clothing that keeps you warm and avoid dark colors that affect visibility. Visual clarity is important so that I can guide you better.
- TIE your long hair back so that it does not interfere with placing your head on the floor and so that the back of your neck is visible.
- Light your space sufficiently, making sure there is no backlighting or glare on the screen.
- If this is your first session or if you are in a different location than usual, please log in at least 15 minutes early to check that your webcam is set up correctly.
Please note that any audio or video recording of the class is forbidden

=> The Zoom link will be sent to you twenty minutes before the session.
This method is not recommended for pregnant women, due to the intense strain on the fascia, or for people who have recently undergone surgery, in order to allow the body to regain its initial stability.
PLEASE LOG IN AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY TO CHECK THAT YOUR CAMERA IS POSITIONED CORRECTLY, AS ONCE THE SESSION HAS STARTED, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT LATE ARRIVALS.
